Summary
MNT-Halan’s Egyptian arm launched an IPO of 320 million existing shares, 20 per cent of MNT Tech Holding, on the Egyptian Exchange. The offering is fully secondary and priced through book-building, with the parent to subscribe to a closed capital increase of up to EGP 4 billion at the offer price. EFG Hermes and Citibank are joint global coordinators and bookrunners, and CIB has committed to anchor the deal with up to EGP 2 billion.
