Full figure in the deal currency, e.g. 15600000000.
Two or three factual sentences: what happened, between whom, and on what terms.

C. Parties and advisers

Who was involved, and on which side.

Counterparties, co-investors, lenders or other principals. One per line.
Co-counsel, opposing counsel, financial advisers. Name and role, one per line.

D. Legal work

Your firm’s role, stated plainly.

The scope of the mandate: structuring, documentation, regulatory approvals, due diligence and so on.

How we review submissions

    Acknowledgement

    You receive an email with a reference number as soon as the form is submitted.

    Editorial review

    Editors compare the details with public sources and may contact you to clarify facts, roles or confidentiality.

    Decision

    If selected, the transaction is published in the tracker with clear attribution. It may also inform Meridian reporting and rankings.
