Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc allotted 8.10 billion ordinary shares at ₦60 each, raising ₦485.88bn, according to an NGX filing dated 13 August 2026. It received 14,595 valid applications for 8.31 billion shares (₦498.57bn), a subscription level of 102.6%.
A core shareholder’s request for additional shares was reduced by 211.53 million shares so that allotment matched the approved offer size. 13,426 shareholders took up their rights in full, and 122 trades in rights were executed on the NGX.
