PETROSOL Platinum Energy PLC, an indigenous Ghanaian oil marketing company, raised GH¢100m in the first tranche of its GH¢200m note issuance programme, listed on the Ghana Fixed Income Market on 24 August 2026. Bids totalled GH¢178.07m.
The four-year Series 1 note received GH¢114.28m against a GH¢50m target; the five-year Series 2 note received GH¢63.8m against GH¢50m. Proceeds will fund working capital, allowing more cash fuel purchases, and retail network expansion. Absa supported the listing.
