Olive Africa Partners agrees to buy Vlisco’s stake in TexStyles Ghana, owner of GTP and Woodin

Ghanaian investors acquire the textile company and its trademarks from the Dutch group.

Olive Africa Partners Fashions Ltd, a Ghanaian investment company represented by co-founding partners Kofi Kwakwa and John Gadzi, agreed to acquire Vlisco BV’s entire shareholding in TexStyles Ghana Limited, announced on 3 September 2026. The transaction includes the GTP and Woodin trademarks.

TexStyles will continue to operate under its existing management and distribution network. The price was not disclosed. Vlisco sold control of Uniwax in Côte d’Ivoire in the same month.
