Camco REPP 2 Holdings One SCSP extended a senior debt facility to Prado Power Group for a portfolio of solar mini-grids with battery storage; TEMPLARS advised Camco.

Camco REPP 2 Holdings One SCSP (“Camco”) provided a senior debt facility to Prado Power Group to finance the construction and operation of a portfolio of solar mini-grids with battery storage in North-Central Nigeria. The facility amount was not disclosed.

Counsel: TEMPLARS advised Camco, the lender, with a team led by partner Desmond Ogba, including senior associate Ayodele Ashiata Kadiri and associates Joshua Olorunmaiye, Uboho Inyang and Jewel Egelege.
