Nigeria REIT opens ₦30.4bn Series 6 offer under ₦400bn programme

289.63m units at ₦105 each to fund further income-producing property acquisitions.

Nigeria Real Estate Investment Trust, managed by Chapel Hill Denham Management, opened a Series 6 offer of 289.63 million units at ₦105 per unit on 9 July 2026, seeking to raise ₦30.4bn under its ₦400bn issuance programme.

The manager said the proceeds will be used to acquire real estate assets consistent with the trust’s strategy, taking its capitalisation above ₦210bn from about ₦180bn.
