Legend Internet Plc and Spectranet announced plans to combine their businesses under a unified corporate structure, in a filing to the Nigerian Exchange on 23 March 2026. The boards approved the transaction in October 2025 and shareholders ratified it in November 2025.
Completion requires approvals from the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the Nigerian Communications Commission. The share exchange terms and surviving entity were not disclosed in the filing.
