A.P. Moller Capital has agreed to acquire Portek International, a Singapore-headquartered multipurpose terminal operator and port-engineering business with terminals in Algeria and Gabon among its operations, from Mitsui & Co. The value has not been disclosed.

Advisers: White & Case advised A.P. Moller Capital (partners Ken Barry, London, and Fraser Galloway, Abu Dhabi, leading; Johannesburg partner Sandile Mathebula among the team). Counsel to Mitsui not named.
